Loyce Ndege

Loyce works under the MEL department and believes in the power of evidence-based decision-making, most importantly she wishes to see our organization impact the lives of our beneficiaries in a proper and long-lasting manner by ensuring the programs are effective and accountable. She is certain that, if we can measure our impact, we can make it better. Nevertheless, she believes that there is no power for change greater than when a community discovers what is their strength in solving its own problems.
