Mr. Tajji Mashindano
Tajji Mashindano a trainer at VETA (Vocational Education Training Authority in Tanzania), is a qualified and experienced educator. It is clear that in technical studies, women and girls are not given priority. As an educator, Mr. Tajji gives girls a chance by educating them on factory machines and even car mechanics. As the AGH Deputy Chairperson, Mr. Tajji uses his experience as an educator at VETA, he empower girls and women in mechanics skills in so doing he gives them agency, voice, and power to bring about community power balance. He continues to be an advocate for issues of gender by giving women a chance to be skilled workers and role models in professionals who are considered to be masculine. Mr. Tajji believes early investment in humans brings equality and a well-developed society.
